Brace yourself, Brighton! Beyond Retro is getting ready for the ‘The Great Escape!’ Our dusty, downtown store provides the perfect backdrop for a glittering line-up of gigs! Stretching over the three days of the established May event, we are beside ourselves with excitement!

James Moss and his jangly guitar kick things off at 2pm on May 13, stirring up some festival fever! What a party it is set to be! With Rob the Rich, La Shark and Othello Woolf turning up the heat in the starry setting!

Cast aside the fear of festivals past: mud soaked heels (OK, that was just me, everyone else wore wellies!) and losing your tent! The cosy, campfire feel we love is recreated here! Amidst the worn down sparkles and lightning mannequin displays, is a maverick music event that shines! And you know the best bit? There’s not a sorry, comedy festival hat in sight! Just rails and rails of vintage beauty, sincere, splendid pop sounds and you!
